The Workshed comes in three size ranges with options for both habitable and non-habitable use. The Mini is a set 10m² design with 1.8m walls and pre-determined features and colours, ready to go with no decisions to make. The Shed and Studio are both fully customisable, with your choice of windows, doors, cladding and finishes. The Shed sizes range from 8m² to 20m², with 2.1m walls as standard and an optional upgrade to 2.4m, while the larger Studio has sizes from 20m² to 54m² or more, with 2.4m walls as standard. Far from it. The Workshed shares the honest simplicity of a good shed, but it’s a properly built structure. The Shed range exceeds the standards for non-habitable buildings, and there are upgrades available for habitable use, while the larger Studio is built to habitable specification from the start. It can be built as a basic garden shed or workshop, but equally, with the right approvals in place, can be guest accommodation or extra living space, or even a secondary dwelling or granny flat. 

True to its name, with its high-pitched roof and straightforward practicality, the Workshed makes an excellent workshop for projects, hobbies and tinkering.
