The Melwood eSpace 1600 measures 5.4m x 3.2m and features our sustainable ECO-Hardwood Vertical cladding painted to match the windows, doors & roofing. Patrick and Chris opted for “Black” aluminium windows/doors paired with “Nightsky” Colorbond™️ roofing, creating a gorgeous overall Scandi “Black on Black” design aesthetic which is becoming more and more popular.

Chris and Patrick’s new Melwood has allowed them to utilise the space at the rear of their yard that wasn’t being used, whilst creating some privacy in their courtyard from the overlooking apartments to the north.
