1. Claire’s Black Pool Cabana (Mod No.18)

By adding a Mod No.18 and a pool to her backyard, Claire has transformed a bare patch of grass into a stylish poolside resort!

These are the results, and we’re in awe.

The Cabana measures 5.4m x 3.2m (not including deck).

Claire chose extra decking, cedar cladding and lots of additional doors & windows for her cabana.

She was also able to customise the door/window positions to maximise sunlight & warmth.

2. Danielle’s Pre-sale Property Improvement (Mod No.18)

Danielle put in her Mod No.18 to add value to her home before listing it on the market.

The result? It worked!

With the added space + beauty of the Mod Garden Room in the backyard, Danielle’s property appealed to more buyers and sold quickly.

“It’s a great space for relaxing since it has abundant natural light and overlooks our neighborhood. We also put in the cabana to increase the value of our house which we sold last month.” – Danielle

Danielle put in a Mod No.18 to cover a rocky, unuseable area of her backyard and increase property value prior to selling.

3. Davids Art Studio (Mod No.20)

David’s Art Studio is the Mod No.20. At 6.3m long, and 3.2m deep, the Mod 20 is seriously spacious inside, and can double as a storage room.

The highlight windows in the Mod Design make it ideal for Art Studios, as they let in alot of natural light. David has also chosen double doors for his Garden Room. This provides a nice wide opening and makes it easy to get furniture, canvases, easels and more in and out of the studio.

4. Berni’s Backyard Bar + Pool Cabana (Mod No.18)

Scott and Berni’s Pool Cabana has taken their outdoor area to a whole new level.

We love all the little details they have added to their Melwood Cabana to create this funky retro look.

With plans to add a bar, fridges, seating, a covered area and more decking, this is one backyard sure to get alot of use all summer, and the inside of the cabana is useful space in winter. Win win!

5. Andrew’s Outdoor Media Room (Mod No.12)

Last but not least we have this chic outdoor media room in Sydney’s Northern Beaches.

At just 3.6m x 3.2m, the Mod No.12 won’t take over the backyard but is still spacious & useable inside.
