“We were always going to have the horse stables, and the second building has been turned into a studio.”

“It was straightforward, pretty easy.”
“I gave them dimensions of openings for stable doors. We were then able to utilise our supply of stable doors.”

“When we bring clients onto the property, they can see that the stables are nice and the horses are very well looked after.”
“What mainly appealed to me was the design. I didn’t want to build the typical steel fabrication horse stable.”
The second structure is used for accommodation.
“The loft design gave us a lot of flexibility in how we were going to use the space.”
“We have a person renting that at the moment.”
“The plan is that my daughter might move in there down the track. We might use it for farm accommodation.”
Tony says, adding the Cedarspan™ structures to his property has been a wise investment.
“The stables are part of the commercial enterprise we run here, and the studio is paying for itself.”
