We have many different sizes in each range, from 8m2 through to 60m2 or larger (see our Design Price Guide), and all can be personalised to perfectly match your preferences and needs. They are suited to showcasing fine craft works or for storage of delicate household goods such as documents, fabrics, bedding, furniture etc. What’s more, Melwood Cabanas, and Garden Shed ranges have options designed around exempt development requirements which might make it easy for you to put them in without any council approval. As the original cottage and cabin manufacturers operating continuously since 1976, we only use proper building-grade materials on our buildings – we will not give our valued customers inferior grade horizontal fence palings or pallet materials. Available in a variety of cladding options including timber board and batten, or durable Western Red Cedar weatherboards (naturally resistant to termites and fungal attack, chemical free and kiln dried to eliminate shrinkage and cracking) our Melwood cabana range also comes with a 10-year structural warranty – offering trust in the the superiority and longevity that you deserve.

Our claddings are pre-fixed to the structural pine framing and come complete with elevated floor. If you live in a bushfire-prone area and wish to place your structure less than 5m from an existing dwelling, contact one of our friendly staff for information on our range of compliant non-combustible claddings and upgrades.
