Melwood were fabulous to deal with. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and helpful. The delivery guy (Reece) was professional and on time with the cabana kit delivered when it was scheduled. Thanks to Matt, Jemma, Nathan and Rici and the people who construct the kits for you help, prompt communication and professionalism. It’s a lovely space and a fabulous project. I sort of wish now that I’d gone bigger but in reality I don’t have the room. I’d definitely recommend Melwood / Greenspan.

Great experience end to end buying our Melwood Cabin. The most impressive thing was the crew they sent to build it, I was sure they wouldnt get it all done in one day, but sure enough, from a patch of dirt to a building, it was done in 7 hours. Great service, nice people and all smooth sailing. We love it!

Have done two barn kit installations with Greenspan. Their kit is easy & quick to install & we got our barns up in a week. Everything comes complete with doors & windows already fitted so all that is left to do is the interior wiring & finishing. It is a great fast cost effective solution that removes expensive custom onsite work.
Greenspan were excellent. We had a slightly slower start than planned thanks to the pandemic, but once the massive truck arrived with the pallets – it really was quick and easy. The loft barn has absolutely changed the way we holiday down at the beach. We chose to kit out the barn with bathroom, toilet and bedrooms for the kids as retreat for growing teens. It has been gold. The follow up from the team at Greenspan has been excellent too.
Greenspan provided a fantastic service. From creating a vision for our studio, to the build and follow up afterwards, they were with us the entire way. Our finished product is such a usable space and we couldn’t be happier.
